1.1. User Account Information: When you use IP4B Mobile, we may collect the SIP user and password from IP4B customers or the full server configuration if you choose to use an external WebRTC provider.

1.2. Device Information: If you are an IP4B customer, we collect your device ID to provide push notifications and enhance your user experience.

2. Use of Information

2.1. To Provide Services: We use the information collected to provide and maintain IP4B Mobile's services, including enabling audio calls via VoIP WebRTC.

2.2. Internal Operations: We may use the information for internal purposes such as analyzing usage patterns, troubleshooting issues, and improving our services.

3. Disclosure of Information

3.1. Service Providers: We may disclose your information to third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business and providing IP4B Mobile's services. These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and only use it for the purposes we specify.

3.2. Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information when required by law or in response to valid legal requests, such as court orders or subpoenas.

4. External WebRTC Providers

If you choose to use an external WebRTC provider with IP4B Mobile, please note that we provide the App "as is" without any warranty of work, bug fix, or support. We do not have control over the data practices of external providers, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to their services.

5. Advertising and Data Collection

IP4B Mobile does not display advertisements or collect data for sale to advertisers.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes relating to this Privacy Policy or IP4B Mobile services shall be initially attempted to be resolved internally through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.

9. Call Recording Functionality

IP4B Mobile includes a call recording functionality for enhanced user experience and convenience. In order to utilize this feature, the App requires access to the RECORD_AUDIO permission on Android devices. This permission is necessary to enable the recording of audio during VoIP calls made through the application.

10. Use of Recorded Calls

Recorded calls are solely for personal or business use of the user and should be handled in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. IP4B Inc. does not access or store recorded calls unless explicitly permitted by the user or required by law.

Users are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from call participants before recording calls, as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that enabling the call recording functionality may be subject to additional terms and conditions outlined in the App's usage agreement or terms of service.
